Subscription Terms

The short version.

• Bubbles is free to try for 3 days.
• After the trial, it is US$4.99 per month or US$29.99 per year (about three lattes for a whole year of walks).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel anytime in iOS Settings, your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
• Apple processes all payments. We never see your card details.

Free trial.

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. The trial begins when you start your subscription. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Only one trial is available per Apple ID; if you have used a Bubbles trial before, your subscription will begin paid immediately.

Pricing.

Bubbles is offered at US$4.99 per month or US$29.99 per year. Prices in other currencies are set by Apple based on Apple's pricing matrix and are shown to you in your local currency at checkout. Taxes are included where Apple requires.

Billing and auto-renewal.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• On iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Bubbles.
• On Mac: App Store, click your name, then View Information, then Manage under Subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then.

Refunds.

All refunds for App Store purchases, including Bubbles, are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. Apple decides whether to grant a refund based on Apple's policies.

EU and UK right of withdrawal.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By starting to use Bubbles during the trial or after purchase, you expressly request that we begin supplying the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun, as permitted by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may still cancel future renewals at any time as described above. Your statutory consumer rights, including remedies for non-conforming digital content, remain unaffected.

Price changes.

If we change the subscription price, Apple will notify you and ask you to confirm the new price before it applies to your renewals, in line with Apple's App Store policy. If you do not consent, your subscription will not renew.

Family Sharing.

Bubbles does not currently support Apple Family Sharing. Each user needs their own subscription.

Apple end user license agreement.

Your use of Bubbles is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Subscription Terms conflict with our Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.

Auto-renewal disclosure (Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.2).

• Title of subscription: Bubbles Premium.
• Length of subscription: 1 month or 1 year, at your choice.
• Price of subscription: US$4.99 per month or US$29.99 per year, or the equivalent in your local currency as shown by the App Store at checkout.
• Free trial: 3 days, offered once per Apple ID. If not canceled before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid subscription.
• Payment charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are shown alongside subscription pricing in the app before purchase.

Restore purchases.

If you reinstall Bubbles or switch to a new Apple device, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall to restore your active subscription. Restoration uses your Apple ID and requires no account with us.

India-specific information.

For users in India, prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout according to Apple's Indian pricing tier and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), which Apple collects and remits. Apple Distribution International Ltd is the seller of record for App Store transactions in India. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
